Terms of Sale

Submitting the order form sends us a request. No payment is taken on this website and no contract exists until we have confirmed with you the vehicle fit, the final price, shipping cost and payment method, and you have accepted them.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable sales tax, which are confirmed with you before payment. Custom work is priced by quote. We may correct obvious pricing errors before your order is confirmed.

Each product lists the make, model, years and cab it is built for. We check the vehicle details you give us before building. Please make sure they are accurate; we are not responsible for fit issues caused by incorrect information or aftermarket modifications we were not told about.

We confirm the payment method with you when we confirm your order — nothing is charged on this website. Made-to-order and custom work requires a deposit before the build starts; we tell you the amount in your quote.

Build times shown on product pages are estimates. Delivery is covered in our Shipping & Returns policy.

Every enclosure is inspected before it ships. If something is wrong with how we built it, text us photos and we’ll repair or replace it. Damage from misuse, accidents or installation by others is not covered. Subwoofers and amplifiers carry their manufacturer’s warranty.

Unless you book installation with us, you are responsible for installing the product safely and in line with your vehicle manufacturer’s guidance. Subwoofers, amplifiers and wiring are not included unless listed.

Vehicle brand names are used only to describe compatibility. APEX Sound Customs is not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer.
